You can also upload reference images to guide the design. All processing runs in the cloud and results are delivered to your account for download and lawful use.

AI Flyer Studio generates flyers and images using the following third-party AI models:

Image Generation Models: Seedream, Nano Banana, GPT Image, and Grok Imagine

The available models may change over time as we add, remove, or upgrade them.

4. Prohibited Content and Activities

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes. The following content and activities are strictly prohibited:

Illegal and Harmful Content:

• Adult content, pornographic, sexually explicit, or age-restricted material
• Violence, gore, or content promoting harm to individuals or groups
• Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment based on race, religion, gender, or other protected characteristics
• Illegal activities including drugs, weapons, terrorism, or other criminal content
• Child exploitation or endangerment of any kind (zero tolerance policy)

Intellectual Property Violations:

• Copyrighted images without proper authorization from the copyright holder
• Trademarked logos, brands, or protected designs without permission
• Celebrity images or photos of identifiable persons without consent

No additional fees or restrictions apply to your generated content.

6. Subscription and Payment Terms

The Platform operates on both subscription and credit-based models with the following terms:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually with automatic renewal
• Credit packs are available for one-time purchases with no expiration
• New users receive free credits to start
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before billing date
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

We provide the Service solely to process your inputs (such as prompts, uploaded images, or other content) and generate or modify flyers and images accordingly. We do not verify, control, or take responsibility for the content, accuracy, legality, or suitability of any outputs.

You are solely responsible for all use, distribution, and consequences of the outputs.
