• 10 credits or fewer used: full refund
• More than 10 credits used: prorated refund based on the share of credits you have not used

Example: If you purchased a 100-credit pack and used 20 credits, 80% of the credits remain unused, so you will receive a refund of 80% of the amount paid.

This applies to both subscription plans and one-time credit pack purchases. For subscriptions, the 15-day window is counted from each payment date, including renewals.

Important: Once a refund is issued, the remaining credits from that purchase will be removed from your account. If the refund is for a subscription, the subscription will also be cancelled.
